Established six years ago, Aviseo is growing rapidly and now consists of over 30 professionals in its Québec and Montreal offices. Aviseo accompanies organizations from Quebec as well as elsewhere in their strategic challenges.

Economy

Your key responsibilities

  • Guide our clients through their strategic thinking
  • Carry out strategic planning and market or industry research to provide relevant insights into your clients’ strategic decision-making
  • More specifically:
    • Manage or collaborate on some aspects of the proposal development process
    • Analyze primary and secondary data
    • Conduct interviews with experts from many industries
    • Facilitate client workshops and meetings
    • Develop high-quality deliverables in response to client needs
    • Create tailored solutions to support the thinking of our clients in various industries
    • Develop long-term business relationships with our clients through the relevance and quality of your involvement
    • Accelerate your personal and professional development through diverse projects
    • Work with a team of experienced consultants while showcasing your strengths, know-how, and soft skills to benefit the firm and its clients
    • Actively participate in the development of the firm, its intellectual capital, and its influence within its business ecosystem

Your strengths

  • 2 to 4 years of experience, ideally in consulting or any other related experience considered relevant
  • Master’s degree in economics or other relevant degree
  • Comprehensive data collection capability
  • Analytical rigour, professionalism, and good work ethic
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Ability to conceptualize and synthesize information
  • Excellent French and advanced English (written and spoken) skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Autonomy and ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Results-oriented
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to help build up a consulting firm
